If I switch equipment is there any downtime? Will I still be able to get paid like I normally do?

With Zilment switching has never been easier. There is zero downtime and you can continue to get paid just like you normally do. Keep using your current equipment and in the meantime we'll ship your new equipment straight to your business. Once you get it all you have to do is unplug the old equipment and plug in the new. It's that simple.  

Do you share my data?

Your data is only shared with our payment partners if you choose to process payments with them. Even then, Zilment doesn't employ any independent sales agents so you don't have to worry about aggressive emails or cold-calls. Is the data I submit secure?

We take your data extremely seriously. That's why all personal data submitted to Zilment is hosted on secured, encrypted servers utilizing a multi-layer security architecture.

Why shouldn't I just reach out to your processing partners directly?

There is nothing to stop you from reaching out to our processing partners directly. However, we've negotiated with them to offer you benefits, including great rates and free equipment, that you may only get when using Zilment.
